Refund Policy

Before your order starts

Full refund on request, any time between checkout and the moment a booster picks the order up.

After your order starts

Partial refund only, calculated against the work already delivered and subject to review of the specific order. Contact support and we will assess it.

Outside our control

We do not refund rank decay, or penalties applied by Riot Games. Riot may revert LP and MMR when it enforces. We are the service provider and we run the safest method available, but enforcement decisions belong to Riot alone and we cannot underwrite them.

How to request a refund

Contact support through your order dashboard with your order details. Tell us which of the three states above your order is in. All requests are reviewed individually and responded to as quickly as possible.
